Sessions

Two ways to work.

Both an hour. Both on the same equipment. The only thing that changes is how much of the hour is yours.

Small group of threeOne to oneOne hour Adapted or progressedAll abilities
Option one

Small group

Three people, one hour, one instructor. Small enough that every person is watched on every exercise, and big enough that it is more affordable than working alone.

Because the exercises are adapted or progressed individually, a group of three does not have to be three people at the same level. That is the part most people assume is impossible and it is the reason the cap is three rather than ten.

1 To one
Option two

One to one

The whole hour, built around one person. Worth it if you are working around an injury, coming back from surgery, training for something specific, or simply want to start without an audience.

Plenty of people start one to one and move into a group once the fundamentals are there.

This is the most valuable thing missing from this site. A visible timetable turns a follower into a booking at nine at night without you answering a message. Send the days and times and the layout below fills itself in.

Prices

What a session costs

Placeholder — needs your figures

No prices are published anywhere for this studio and nothing is guessed at here. Send whichever of these apply:

  • A price for a small group session
  • A price for one to one
  • Whether blocks of sessions are cheaper, and how many
  • Whether a first session or assessment is priced differently
